Shipping:

We normally ship the same day if the order is received by 12:00 CST. Otherwise we will ship the next business day.

We ship Monday through Friday, and Saturday if you request it by email or phone if you order late Friday.

We normally ship USPS  Priority Mail, with larger shipments being shipped by UPS.

We do not ship on Postal holidays.

If you request UPS  shipping, there may be a one day delay due to the location of the nearest UPS  shipping center.

USPS  orders are shipped from Goddard, Kansas.  UPS  orders are shipped from Wichita, Kansas

If you need overnight shipping, call or email us.

Packaging: 

We normally use new USPS  boxes. However, if an item does not fit into USPS  provided boxes we occasionally use  recyled boxes.  We usually use recycled packing materials such as newspapers both to help keep costs down and to be more enviornmentally friendly.

Returns

Our goal is for you to be satisfied with your purchase.  We know that satisfied customers become repeat customers who refer their friends, family, and associates.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a prompt no-hassle exchange or refund. 

Items may be returned within 30 days of purchase for any reason.  Please see our return policy below for more information.

Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Merchandise

Please inspect your order carefully upon receipt. In the event that we send you an item that you did not order, defective, or damaged merchandise, please notify us within 10 days. Purchase price plus shipping will be refunded, or a replacement item will be shipped to you at no additional cost.  Your return must be received within 30 days to qualify for full refund.

Other Returns

We accept returns of all other merchandise  within 30 days of delivery. New items must be returned in new, unused condition, with all packaging and tags intact.  A refund will be issued for the purchase price of the product less actual shipping costs. 

You are responsible for arranging return shipping.
